Job Description
As a Trading Operations Operator you will be responsible for creating all the odds that our customers bet on from horse racing football rugby cricket tennis and many more. There are so many different teams within trading to get involved in from the exciting
Reporting to the Trading Operations Manager you will be part of the Live Betting Team that control prices whilst an event is going on to the Trading Performance Team who analyse and optimise our business practices to create the best and safest services for our customers. These insightful members of these teams create all the odds that our customers bet on from horse racing football rugby cricket tennis and many more.
What you will do
To consistently deliver outstanding service to our internal and external customers and to ensure departmental KPIs are delivered.
Creation and Settlement of nonfeed driven sports and markets.
Ensure betting opportunities released by Trading are made available on the specific channels
and brands at the required moment in time.
Ensure that all price changes and the delivery of events occur in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage life cycle of events ensuring customer journey is best in class.
Manage the workflow of events from trading through production to ensure they are displayed
correctly accurately and efficiently.
Manage the content on the specific channels ensuring customers user experience is easy and
efficient.
Feed mapping.
Complete daily checks
Customer service queries (mostly about settlement/potential incorrect settlement)
Cover Trading Operations processes and workflows.
Adhere to departmental SLAsT
Qualifications :
Passion and knowledge for all major Sports.
An understanding and knowledge of the betting industry including its key policies procedures products and terms.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
Flexible with working hours including evening shifts public holidays and weekends to suit the business needs.
Proactive and a selfstarter with positive attitude with an ability to build bridges with various teams and departments.
Ability to remain focused deliver high quality work and meet deadlines even when under pressure.
