What youll do
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy ventilation seizure management stoma care and so much more! We care for and support people of all ages in the community and their homes with Spinal Cord injury Muscular dystrophy acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Youll need to be willing to travel to various packages within a 100mile radius and work on an oncall rota. Every day will be different. And youll never know what challenges youre about to face next. One thing you can be sure of is that youll be making your clients days brighter whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
What youll need
You must have previous complex care experience to apply for this role. This experience could include ventilation support tracheostomy care and peg feeding. Were interested in people with compassion and the ability to care. Youll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills.
