Job Description
Responsible for the coordination and management of launching new steering system OE customer projects into the production plant from project nomination (QGC0) through stable SoP (QGC5).
Manages and leads local plant team & activities for their assigned customers coordinates with other internal functions and other Bosch external organizations to meet customer requirements safe launch and company objectives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor university degree
5 years of previous Program Management / Launch Management experience candidates with strong background and 5 years experience working in manufacturing environment in engineering production quality or logistics will be also considered
Languages:
English: Advanced
Spanish: Advanced
Key competences and soft skills:
Leadership: 100% (You are able to manage and lead a crossfunctional team to successfully launch new projects)
Projects Management: 100%
Communication: 100%
