Job Description
Your internship will take place in the Si epitaxy department of our semiconductor fab in Reutlingen.
- You will gain basic knowledge on the Bosch internal FDC (fault detection and classification) system.
- Furthermore you will define and create FDC strategies in the Si epitaxy production environment.
- Finally you will perform tests on epitaxy tools to verify the functionality of your strategies.
Qualifications :
- Education: studies in the field of Computer Science Engineering or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: competent handling of MS Office; cleanroom work experience is a plus
- Personality and Working practice: a responsible motivated and proactive individual with a goaloriented and structured approach to work
- Languages: fluent in German or in English
Additional Information :
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
