As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) or as our customer likes to say Customer Service Specialist youll be a problemsolver salesperson device technician billing expert and moreall while being positive and professional. And youll also be a hero when you solve our customers challenges.
WHAT YOU WILL DOActively listen to each customer with patience and courtesy. Use your troubleshooting and problemsolving skills to come up with solutions.Use your great communication skills to resolve customers device billing and service concerns. Excite customers about how new solutions can positively impact their lives.* Build customer relationshipsearn their loyalty and trust by being polite and helpful.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities; able to think analytically
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks
- Flexible able to adapt to change
- Detail oriented and quality focused
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work late or weekend hours on a rotating basis
- Proficient computer skills relevant to Outlook Word and Excel
- Fluent in Hebrew or Czech
