Job Description
The primary purpose of this role is to create the business and/or functional requirements necessary for technology solutions that meet customer needs expected delivery dates and exceptional quality standards. This role will be focused on solutions related to the ERP which our clients are using.
- Work independently to provide application and workflow solutions for assigned business area(s).
- Possess functional knowledge of assigned application technology.
- Interact with business users to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests.
- Serve liaison role between technical team and business users.
- Translate business requirements into productspecific designs and configuration detailed requirement specifications and use test cases.
- Assist in developing functional specifications design documents business process workflow and related documentation for new development projects and/or enhancement and modification requests to be used by senior manager.
- Assist in designing and execution of functional integration and regression test plans for new application functionality product releases and enhancement and regulatory modifications using business scenarios and use test cases.
- Review vendor provided documentation and user manuals needed to support the product.
- Directly interface with business users by responding to support calls escalated by Support.
- Participate in user focus groups and requirements workshops vendor training and demonstrations. Assist in supporting activations implementation and rollouts. Demonstrate consistent efforts to deliver quality solutions as per agreed scope.
- Document issues with resolutions and share with team members to improve team productivity.
- Take initiative and drives to bring to logical conclusion; proactive approach
- Provide accurate and timely information and escalates when there are issues.
- Actively participate in meetings and make valuable contribution.
- Planning and monitoring of project deliveries and Go Live Translating and simplifying requirements and analysis.
- Leading Scrum meetings and assigning tasks to teams and monitor the output. Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mockups.
- Gathering project requirements and translating it to the team. Desired profile of the candidate Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Excellent planning organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and with others. Capable of Big Picture Thinking while delivering on the details. Excellent problem solving techniques. Strong command over languages like English Kannada
Qualifications :
BE in Technology is preferred
