Job Description
Work Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Procurement preferably within the Solar EPC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Indepth knowledge of procurement procedures and handson experience in purchasing various electrical accessories.
- Basic understanding of sourcing requirements related to Electrical Mechanical and Civil aspects for Solar EPC projects.
- Developing and implementing strategies for material purchase focusing on cost reduction in procurement packaging and shipping.
- Reviewing contracts and agreements to ensure the best price and quality for purchases.
- Maintaining records of supplier contracts agreements goods ordered and received.
- Building and managing vendor relationships ensuring strong supply chain partnerships.
- Maintaining an MIS of released orders order acceptance GTC delivery status payment status warranty and import documentation.
- Ensuring timely delivery through inventory management and cost optimization strategies.
