We are currently seeking aHead of PMO to cover the area ofinfluence traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and implementation of the PMO structure
- Definition of key processes standards and project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall etc.)
- Establishing KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of the PMO.
- Project management
- Control of the project portfolio: priorities deadlines budgets
- Coordinate and support the work of project managers
- Risk assessment and development of a plan to minimize them
- Resource provision
- Management of resource allocation between projects
- Control of employee workload and prevention of team overload
- Implementation of tools and technologies
- Selection and implementation of project management software (e.g. Jira ClickUp MS Project)
- Automation of reporting and processes
- Communication and training
- Ensuring effective interaction between teams and management
- Reporting
- Preparation of reports for top management on the status progress and results of projects

- Data analysis and formation of recommendations for process improvement
You have:
- Experience in a managerial position in project management 5 years
- Deep knowledge and experience in implementing various project management methodologies
- Strategic planning and project portfolio management skills
- Excellent skills inJira Trello ClickUp MS Project Asana or similar software
- Experience in setting up and managing reports dashboards and workflow.
- Proficiency in Tableau Power BI Google Data Studio for data analysis and reporting
- Understanding of SQL for basic data analysis
- UpperIntermediate level of English
Will be a plus - Understanding the basics of cybersecurity and data protection
- Experience with remote work and team management tools
- PMIACP certification
