The HR cum Personal Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the HR department as well as assisting the executive management in administrative tasks. This position requires an individual who is detailoriented and possesses strong organizational skills alongside a deep understanding of human resources functions. Ideal candidates will have experience in managing human resource tasks in an IT product company ensuring a high level of culture and engagement within the company. Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment efforts screen candidates and schedule interviews to facilitate the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records documentation and databases.
- Support the management in handling employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
- Organize company events meetings and training sessions ensuring all logistical needs are met.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive management as needed.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and legal regulations in India to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- M.B.A. in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in HR or as a personal assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proactive and organized with exceptional time management skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
- A willingness to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
