We are currently seeking a Head of Analytics to design and build the analytical department from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a roadmap for building a data collection and processing system
- Organize the process of standardizing and documenting data collection and processing
- Design reporting flows and structures to monitor performance metrics for marketing product CRM sales retention etc.
- Build and prioritize tasks for projects and the department ensuring their execution
- Participate in strategic planning and develop business and financial documentation
- Develop and monitor KPIs for various departments and specifically for the analytics team
- Participate in hiring mentoring and leading the analytics team
- Conduct research and provide highlevel insights to inform business decisions and optimize overall company performance
You have:
- At least 57 years of experience in data analytics data science or business intelligence roles with a proven track record of managing and scaling analytics functions
- Experience in the iGaming industry or a related field such as digital marketing ecommerce or technology with a solid understanding of player behavior customer segmentation and retention strategies
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and mentoring analytics teams managing crossfunctional projects and developing highperforming teams
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing data collection systems data governance frameworks and scalable analytics solutions that drive business outcomes
- Handson experience with analytics tools (e.g. SQL Python R) and data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI). Familiarity with cloudbased data warehousing solutions (e.g. AWS Google BigQuery Snowflake) and ETL tools is also important
- Experience in using data to support strategic decisionmaking including developing and tracking KPIs building financial models and providing insights that influence product marketing and retention strategies
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple analytics projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks effectively and delivering results in a fastpaced environment
- Proven ability to work closely with stakeholders across departments (e.g. marketing product finance CRM) to align analytics goals with business objectives and drive performance
- Knowledge of Google Analytics Amplitude Mixpanel or Adobe Analytics for tracking and analyzing user behavior
- UpperIntermediate level of English
