Candidate Application Notice
- Lead and manage the UI/UX design team at Synechron to deliver innovative usercentered designs that meet business and customer requirements.
- Define and execute the design vision for projects ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with product management development and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide design recommendations that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage the development and delivery of wireframes prototypes user flows and highfidelity visual designs.
- Ensure that all designs are accessible usable and meet industry standards for quality and performance.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in UI/UX design including designing web and mobile applications.
- Experience in API testing and Mobile apps / ISTQB Certified Preferred
- Prepare and execute test cases test scripts and test data.
- Report defects and assist in their understanding.
- Knowledge about agile methodologies / tracking tools like JIRA / like jmeter developing automated testing scripts / agile methodologies
- Strong knowledge of design principles including typography color theory and composition.
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Ability to conduct user research and apply customer insights to inform design decisions.
- Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deliverables.

Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of handson experience in a Business Analyst /Product Owner.
Relevant Experience:
- ISTQB Certified Preferred and bug tracking tools like JIRA / performance testing with tools like JMeter
Relevant experience in Graphic Design Interaction Design HumanComputer Interaction or related fields. - Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript.
