This company monitors the balance between supply and demand qualifies the participants and ensures that the money goes back and forth safely and quickly. The IT Service Desk coordinator is responsible for running a smooth ISD
What will you do
In your role you are responsible for running a smooth ISD department where 95% of all incidents are solved within 2 days where problems are defined accurately and added to the right Product Owners backlog.
You are in the lead of the Support Engineer external IT vendors and IT
infrastructure and you are responsible for the customer satisfaction. As the
IT Service Desk coordinator you take an end2end responsibility for the
Internal Service Desk the company where you manage all incoming
requests form both internal and external customers.
Jira ticketing system. You will be improving the service desk portal
escalation procedures and communicating ticket statuses with external
stakeholders Product Owners Development teams and DevOps engineers.
You are:
Awesome with Service management tools ITIL Project management speak English.
Would be nice if you have affinity with FinTech and Cloud Computing. Kudos for Leadership skills and desires.
