Job Title: Property Services Associate
Location: Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2750 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)
NOTE: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION

A dynamic property management team operating in Northern California. This company prides itself on efficient property management solutions leveraging technology to deliver exceptional tenant and owner experiences.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Property Services Associate to join our team. This role is integral to supporting our property management operations with responsibilities ranging from tenant communication to accounting tasks within AppFolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication & Marketing:
- Send buildingwide memos through AppFolio.
- Communicate with service providers (e.g. utilities).
- Post listings on Zillow and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule and follow up on tenant showings.
Property Management:
- Order and manage property supplies.
- Create and audit client detail spreadsheets.
- Communication with tenants reviewing complaints issuing notices and coordinating maintenance requests.
Onboarding & Setup:
- Assist with the setup of new owners and properties in AppFolio.
- Implement accurate accounting procedures for each property.
Tenant Communication:
- Draft and send lease renewals or modifications.
- Coordinate moveout processes including inspections and security deposit returns.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in AppFolio particularly in:
- Applications receivables/payables journal entries and reporting.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Experience in property management accounting and leasing.
NicetoHaves:
- AppFolio certification or advanced training.
- Proficiency in Google Drive.
- Prior experience in Northern California property management.
