Collaborating with other project team members and the GDACvendor partner(s) this position is responsible for designing developing andsupporting application programming and functionality. As a key member of theenterprise team it also serves as a subject matter expert and technical leadfor the innovation team in researching new solutions by performingproofofconcepts using latest technology trends. The primary focus involvesleading the ongoing development of enterpriselevel business intelligenceapplications with a particular emphasis on implementing technologydrivenanalytic solutions for stakeholder agencies. The role serves as an expert indeveloping enterprise business intelligence applications that support GDACportfolio teams (Criminal Justice Financial Fraud Child WellnessLongitudinal Performance Health) implementing SAS and other technologybasedanalytics solutions for GDAC customers. While not involved in daytodaytechnical operations support given the vendorhosted nature of theapplication the position is responsible for comprehending and assessing thetechnical components of various applications. Additionally it provides technicalsupport to the project team in terms of data anal analysis queries andreporting.

This position aligns with statewide strategic plans to leverage data assets and analytics to further advance a datadriven government. Advance the data integration and analytics program statewide.
Description (including but not limited to): 1. Guidance and leadership in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms beyond that of a Developer / Programmer 2. Understanding and knowledge of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program 3.
