What You Will Do:

• Lead the ideation and conceptualization of cuttingedge media/content projects exploring opportunities for innovation and growth;

• Turn ideas into MVPs to quickly test product traction and market fit;

• Lead projects to profitability through various user acquisition channels including socials and owned media;

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize projects with high market potential;

• Develop business cases outlining the strategic rationale financial projections and expected outcomes for each project;

• Manage external partners for video creation process;

• Build and manage a highperforming and wide profile team and ensure KPI delivery;

• Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in market trends leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization.

• Oversee daytoday business operations and processes identify areas for process enhancement;

• Manage and optimize company resources including human capital and technology.

What We Expect:

• Proven Experience of Leading Departments Projects Startups;

• Experience with Content / Video Production / Video Ads would be a strong advantage;

• Experience in leading high scale projects would be considered a strong advantage otherwise exceptional interest in building and kickstarting projects is necessary;

• Good leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams

• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and identify business opportunities

• Passion for innovation and growing new initiatives across different industries

• Proven track record of building successful projects from scratch;

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal).
