Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination and amp; Support:
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Assist the Head of Sustainability in managing ESG projects by coordinating activities between the external ESG consultancy firms and internal plant teams.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Ensure clear communication and timely updates between all parties involved facilitating smooth project execution.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Maintain detailed project records track progress against milestones and assist in preparing status updates for senior management.
Data Collection and amp; Analysis:
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Work with plant teams to gather and organize relevant data for ESG assessments including environmental metrics energy usage and waste management practices.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Collaborate with the ESG consultancy firm to analyze data and generate reports providing the Head of Sustainability with insights for decisionmaking.
Compliance and amp; Reporting Assistance:
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Support in ensuring all ESG activities comply with applicable regulations and industry standards.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Contribute to the preparation of sustainability reports disclosures and presentations assisting in the review and verification of data.
Internal Engagement and amp; Training:
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Coordinate with the Head of Sustainability to deliver training sessions and awareness programs on ESG initiatives for plant employees.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Support in promoting a culture of sustainability across the organization by sharing best practices and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement:
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Develop strong working relationships with plant teams including quality control production and procurement to facilitate seamless project implementation.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Assist in representing the companys sustainability efforts during interactions with external stakeholders such as customers industry bodies and regulatory agencies.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Sustainability Business Administration or a related field.
2 years of experience in sustainability ESG reporting or project coordination preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Skills and Competencies:
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Basic understanding of ESG principles and sustainability frameworks (e.g. GRI SASB TCFD).
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in data collection and analysis with experience in supporting ESG reporting processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Detailoriented and proactive with a collaborative mindset.
