Job Description:
We are looking for parttime kennel tech bather. Experience is preferred in all aspects of Pet Bathing including ear cleaning nail trimming anal gland expression deshedding dematting . Especially important is a strong passion for dogs and the ability to assess and handle ones of all ages and temperaments.
Essential Functions of the Bather & Kennel tech include:
Walking the dog clean the kennel.
Follow the daily bathing schedule.
Assist the groomer with baths and prework prior to grooming.
Responsible for bathing pets safely and humanely ensuring the safety and wellbeing of each pet.
Help ensure quality standards are maintained.
We will teach you a lot but we need you to already have:
Time management; punctual presentable and on time is a must! Is important to be committed to their working schedule.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business which will require weekend and holiday shifts.
Passion for the wellbeing of pets.
Willingness to be educated about the products and services offered.
