Job Description
We are looking for a Manager Contracts who will be responsible for managing the endtoend contract process for the Generics business partnering with key internal departments to develop write negotiate and implement contracts for commercial agreements.
Location:
This position will be located at the Miami FL site. Preference will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelors degree is required. Advanced degree is preferred.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of Contracting and Contract drafting/interpretation of language experience.
Advanced understanding of legal aspects of contracts and contract interpretation is required.
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry and trends experience is highly preferred.
Broadbased contracting experience across multiple segments (Retail GPOs IDNs) is preferred.
Excellent communication (written verbal and presentation) skills required with ability to interact with all levels of management for both internal and external customer base.

- Highly developed time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities with a high degree of initiative required Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage high impact contracts/projects
Salary & Compensation:
$125800 and $165100/year.
