  You will be responsible for the operation maintenance and monitoring of networks and servers as well as technical support for PCs and similar equipment.

  Job Overview:

  The projects will be determined based on your experience and start date. Many of these projects are with major companies and involve longterm operations lasting several years. You may be involved in projects related to data center relocations or technical support requested by hardware manufacturers. Additionally depending on your experience you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself with higherlevel tasks such as network and server construction and design providing a pathway for career advancement.

  Examples of Projects:

  • Maintenance and operation of SaaSbased monitoring and backup services
  • Maintenance and support for Windows servers
  • Maintenance and support for core banking systems including operations such as job creation using JP1/AJS
  • Operation and monitoring of government and public sector network systems using tools like Zabbix and Nagios

  Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following are preferred:

  • Network or server operation maintenance or monitoring
  • Development experience (excluding experience as a tester or programmer only)
  • Help desk experience including firstline support
  • Technical support experience

*Shift work may be required depending on the project.
