Job Description

Contexte

Already established with several clients in financial services the Baltics particularly Lithuania represent a region with significant growth potential where Skaleet aims to further strengthen its position as a strategic player and European leader in Core Banking.

To achieve this we are seeking a locally based professional capable of driving a substantial and meaningful impact within the baltics region with deep knowledge of the local environment culture and market dynamics.

This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute directly to Skaleets expansion within this fastgrowing market. You will play a pivotal role in developing our business in the region strengthening our network and delivering measurable results over theshort medium and long term.

Your future missions

With the help of our GTM factory build deploy and execute on Skaleet GTM in the baltics:

Business and relationship development

• Identify and reach out to prospects to understand their needs challenges and present our solution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers stakeholders and partners to leverage the network and create opportunities building strong and close relationships with them.

Sales

• Generate leads and build a pipeline of relevant prospects.
• Present and promote the Skaleet solution to key decisionmakers to strengthen our presence in the Baltic market.
• Manage negotiations and successfully close commercial contracts.
  

Strategy and Growth

• Define and implement the development strategy for the region to achieve growth objectives.
• Establish a clear roadmap to penetrate and solidify Skaleets presence in the Baltic market.
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships to accelerate business development.
  

Market and Competitive Intelligence

• Conduct active market monitoring to track economic technological and competitive developments in the region

Performance Management

• Produce regular reports on progress successes and challenges encountered.
• Optimize commercial processes to ensure operational efficiency in the region.

Desired Profile

You are a great match if :

• Location: Based in Vilnius.
• Education: Masters degree from a toptier business school.
• Indepth knowledge of the Core Banking ecosystem or banking IT software in the Baltic region; you are a recognized expert in the field.
• You are wellknown in the industry and the region and have a strong actionable network.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a fintech or a bank.
• Languages: Fluency in English both written and spoken.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams; an excellent team player.
• You thrive on challenges have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy the dynamic energy of scaleups.
• Strategic planning and execution skills.
• You have a previous experience in an international or European setting.

• A practical case presentation with key members of our GTM factory (60).

Package

In addition to the fixed component the remuneration includes a variable part based on a percentage of the signed ARR.
