Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the joinery and fitout sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management with a focus on joinery and interior fitout projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the joinery and fitout market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

Lead and mentor a sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:

46 years of experience in sales management preferably in joinery or fitout.

Strong knowledge of the joinery and fitout industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
