Job Summary:
Job Description
- Set up and troubleshoot wafer sort operations for various probers for NPI products. Experience with TEL and Opus probers are plus.
- Supporting Product and Test engineering.
- The ability to communicate any issues that are related to wafer sort.
- Have the responsibility of conducting preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate and analyze data for engineering.
- You will trouble shoot issues and provide solutions with engineering and field service.
Required Skills
- 35 years experience wafer probe technology experience.
- Experience and technical education preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Automatic Test Equipment including Advantest 93K Teradyne UFlex and others.
- Knowledge of other package part test equipment such as Hontech Seiko Epson and Chroma.
- Experiences in supporting Product and Test engineering. Be able to communicate well on any issues that are related to wafer sort.
- Preventative maintenance of probe cards sockets.
- Trouble shoot loadboard issues.
- Selfmotivated and be able to work with little supervision.
- Practice continuous improvement and team participation.
- Must be able to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment; Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Be able to push pull and lift 50lbs.
Required Education: Experience and technical education preferred.
