Job Description

Why This Role

As an Inside Sales Specialist you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth building strong client relationships and helping to protect critical infrastructure from emerging cyber threats. This role offers a dynamic sales environment where you’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring customer success.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound sales strategies (cold calling emails and social selling) to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Qualification & Needs Assessment: Use a consultative sales approach to qualify leads understand customer needs and position the company’s solutions as the best fit for their cybersecurity challenges.
  • Sales Execution & Closing: Own the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Successfully present product offerings negotiate terms and close new business to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools (such as Salesforce) to track opportunities manage pipeline and maintain uptodate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with other sales team members account managers and internal stakeholders (engineering marketing customer success) to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly report on sales activity pipeline status and forecast revenue to management ensuring sales goals are on track and aligned with business objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay uptodate on industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to effectively position products and services to customers.


About You :

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in an inside sales business development or account executive role with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting Skills: Expertise in sourcing new business identifying decisionmakers and generating interest through cold calling email outreach and social selling.
  • Consultative Selling: A consultative approach to sales with the ability to identify pain points articulate solutions and position value to clients.
  • Sales Tools: Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot etc.) to manage pipeline and track sales activities. Experience with sales automation tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in French & English: Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and verbal) are essential. Additional language skills are a bonus.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions OT/IoT technologies or related fields is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage in sales negotiations and close deals with confidence.
