Job Description
- Manage works council and unions consultations to a successful conclusion.
- Conduct due diligence and data gathering activities evaluate findings and assess risks.
- Undertake a sidebyside benefits/reward analysis (incl. bargaining agreements) and a create a proposal for alignment and harmonisation as appropriate.
- Liaise with incountry external legal advisors
- Assist in the development and delivery of communication materials including any onboarding initiatives.
- First point of contact for contact for counterparts in sellers business (CBRE)
- Operationalise all aspects of the People TSA.
- Liaise with other workstream leads to ensure timely completion of activities.
Qualifications :
- Previous Mergers and Acquisition experience
- Bachelors degree in human resources management/business management
- Ability to work independently
- English language ability
- Strong prioritisation skills
