Job Description

  • Manage works council and unions consultations to a successful conclusion.
  • Conduct due diligence and data gathering activities evaluate findings and assess risks.
  • Undertake a sidebyside benefits/reward analysis (incl. bargaining agreements) and a create a proposal for alignment and harmonisation as appropriate.
  • Liaise with incountry external legal advisors
  • Assist in the development and delivery of communication materials including any onboarding initiatives.
  • First point of contact for contact for counterparts in sellers business (CBRE)
  • Operationalise all aspects of the People TSA.
  • Liaise with other workstream leads to ensure timely completion of activities.

Qualifications :

  • Previous Mergers and Acquisition experience
  • Bachelors degree in human resources management/business management
  • Ability to work independently 
  • English language ability 
  • Strong prioritisation skills
