ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Business Development Representative your primary responsibility will be identifying strong sales prospects profiling potential customers understanding their needs and driving new business through targeted outbound campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails (including cold calling) to Clevel executives quickly establishing rapport and assessing their needs.
- Meet quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas while maintaining daily and weekly activity targets.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts identifying highpotential prospects.
- Educate customers about our offerings demonstrating value and relevance to their needs.
- Identify customer pain points gather technical requirements correlate business needs with available Cloud solutions and build value for subsequent sales steps.
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com tracking leads contacts accounts opportunities and activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- German Native or C2 level.
- English C1 level.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in outbound sales B2B sales or business development ideally in the IT sector.
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts with an emphasis on Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency in general IT skills and the ability to navigate computerbased tasks efficiently.
