Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Business Development Representative your primary responsibility will be identifying strong sales prospects profiling potential customers understanding their needs and driving new business through targeted outbound campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails (including cold calling) to Clevel executives quickly establishing rapport and assessing their needs.
  • Meet quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas while maintaining daily and weekly activity targets.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts identifying highpotential prospects.
  • Educate customers about our offerings demonstrating value and relevance to their needs.
  • Identify customer pain points gather technical requirements correlate business needs with available Cloud solutions and build value for subsequent sales steps.
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com tracking leads contacts accounts opportunities and activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • German Native or C2 level.
  • English C1 level.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in outbound sales B2B sales or business development ideally in the IT sector.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts with an emphasis on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proficiency in general IT skills and the ability to navigate computerbased tasks efficiently.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Fulltime position (39 hours per week Monday to Friday).
  • Hybrid working model based in Barcelona.
  • Competitive salary: up to 25440.00 euro gross per year up to 6360 euro gross in bonuses.
