Job Description

Tasks
- Writing clean highquality highperformance maintainable code
- Develop and support software including applications database integration interfaces and new functionality enhancements
- Coordinate crossfunctionally to ensure the project meets business objectives and compliance standards.
- Support testing and deployment of new products and features.
- Participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails.
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing a technical team.
- At least 3 years of experience in a modern JavaScript frontend framework like Stimulus React Vue Angular etc.
- At least 3 years of experience using a UI framework like Tailwind.
- Strong problemsolving and programming skills.
- Expertise in ObjectOriented Design and Database Design.
- Experience with the development of Ruby gems & AWS is a huge bonus but not required.
