Job Description
1. and nbsp; and nbsp;DIMENSIONS OF THE POSITION:
Reporting to Superintendent SHLP Upstream Representative Safety Field is responsible to perform and coordinate the implementation of safety procedure in process operation to ensure the identification and observation potential hazards to eliminate/minimize exposure to personnel plants and equipment damage.
2. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;PURPOSE:
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;To coordinate and monitor standard safety procedure to be implemented well.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;To monitor patrol and observe daily activities in process operation and ensure to eliminate any potential hazards as well as to stop the work is unsafe.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;To promote safety culture and support safety programs.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;To monitor safety performance of employees (such as unsafe act) in process operation.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;To report any unsafe acts unsafe conditions and incidents.
Production/Technical/Projects
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Ensure Process Maintenance personnel operate safely and comply with all acts regulations laws and client rules and regulation applicable to the contract and the Indonesian mining industry.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Provide accurate timely and clear reporting and communication to Sr. Engineer Safety Process on safety concern in process operation.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Build relationships and create an environment for crosscollaboration between departments.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of safety awareness and training program based on competence to improve the safety culture.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Assist to investigate of any incident and near miss. All comments and recommendation should be made.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Support the process operation plans and assessment of any potential hazards to be highlighted.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Promote the safety culture and ensure workplace safe to work
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Communicate and attend with process operation team in daily toolbox talk encouraging worker participation following up on past agendas and introducing relevant new safety topics/campaign for discussion.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Responds to emergencies that could cause injury to personnel or loss of production.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Ensures compliance with safety and job training programs.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Conduct regular tools inspection of each to monitor standards of implementation.
