Job Description
Rural hospital several hundred miles northwest of Anchorage AK seeking a fulltime travel Ultrasound Technologist. Travel contracts are 14 weeks in length with housing and travel provided.
Pay: $80.00/hourly
Housing and flights are provided!
Travel Ultrasound Technologist Opportunity:
- Travel Ultrasound Technologist provides diagnostic patient care services using ultrasound and related diagnostic procedures
- Responsible for the independent operation of sonographic equipment and for performing and communicating results of diagnostic examinations using sonography
- Travel Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for daily operations of the sonographic laboratory patient schedule equipment maintenance the report of equipment failures and quality assessment
- Tech will need to be competent in General OB (1st 2nd and 3rd trimester with anatomy scans) Carotid and upper and lower DVT exams.
Travel Ultrasound Technologist Qualifications:
- Travel Ultrasound Technologist must have ARDMS
- BLS certified
- At least 12 years of experience
