Job Description
Role: Program Director Biosecurity & Health Division
OnSite: Alexandria VA
Job Description
We are seeking a program director to support the Biosecurity & Health division director in managing the operations of the rapidly growing Biosecurity & Health Division.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage projects and resources ensure teams have the corporate resources and support to provide exceptional customer service
- Support growth opportunities by conducting client research and contributing to proposal development and past performance artifacts for the division
- Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance with corporate policies and procedures including quality assurance of contract deliverables
- Provide portfolio operational oversight for the division leadership team
- Support the management of contracts subcontracts and vendors including the development of scope statements statement of works purchase orders and funding modifications
- Support division Program Managers (PMs) with workforce and staff management administration and client engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in Business Administration or Public Health preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 7 years of experience in federal government consulting with demonstrated career progression from direct client support through Program Management
- Experience with Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) or Department of Defense (DoD) medical research & development (R&D) organizations strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role developing and expanding teams of 30 staff beginning with contract kickoff through option exercise and contract closeout.
