Job Description
Looking for Senior Software Engineer Lead
Location: Remote(Local to CA)
Technologies Required:
- AWS
- Python
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- RDBMS
- Jenkins
- Any observability and Alert management tool
Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer Science/related technical field or equivalent practical experience
12 years of general software programming experience in Java and spring
Expert level knowledge in Kafka RMQ K8s Relational database systems observability and alert management tools
Expertise in AWS technologies
Experience in designing and operating compliant systems and good knowledge on SOC2 FedRamp and PCI
Excellent communication skills
Ability to adapt and be flexible with changes in business needs and priorities
Ability to technically lead engineering teams to deliver projects with tight timelines
Responsibilities
You will be part of the cloud platform team working on the orchestration messaging data and auth layer of the platform
You will be actively working on optimizing the infrastructure cost and service footprint
You will be leading and working with bright engineering team that has open communication innovation empowerment and a customer success culture working at a very fast pace
You will collaborate with cross functional teams on innovative projects with the authority and scope to apply your expertise in a fastpaced and technically driven environment
Write code in Java/python to manage and enable robust scalable highvolume applications
Adapt and lead the team through change
Lead and contribute significantly to engineering projects spanning multiple groups and team members
Mentor engineers into the core development processes
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
