Job Description

GrowTalent.com is working with a leading multinational technology BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative for their Barcelona office.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Barcelona Spain

Employment type: Fulltime

Work model: onsite

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle incoming B2C user requests via telephone/email
  • Log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer
  • Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge
  • Support technical enquiries and manage incidents of the clients product car electrical chargers
  • Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system
  • Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress
  • Monitor / progress all open queries in queue
  • Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level
  • Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
  • Respond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned manager
  • Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Native / fluent in Dutch both verbal and written. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
    • Strong aptitude for working in a customer service environment
    • Excellent customer care skills with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs
    • Capable of taking ownership of calls and progressing them to resolution or escalating them when needed
    • Are able to implement and manage changes in processes
    • Have good communication and team skills flexibility
