Job Description

Please note that this position requires someone to speak Fluent German with a focus on the DACH & Northern Europe regions.

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive our growth in the Northern European market. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and generating new opportunities for the sales team. Youll focus on identifying key decisionmakers and crafting personalized outreach strategies to effectively communicate Checkout.coms value proposition.

How Youll Make an Impact

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly performance targets
  • Use creative strategies to engage and qualify prospects within targeted accounts
  • Develop a deep understanding of Checkout.coms offerings to communicate their value effectively to potential merchants
  • Understand customers needs and challenges to tailor your approach
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to refine your prospecting techniques and drive meaningful conversations
  • Maintain organized records of your outreach efforts to ensure a structured approach and improve overall performance
  • Use various sales tools and techniques to build and manage relationships with prospects
  • Collaborate with the sales team ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to closing while continuously enhancing your knowledge
  • Be proactive in seeking feedback and mentorship to accelerate your professional growth and sales skills
     

 


Qualifications :

  • Fluency in both English and German to communicate effectively with our clients in core regions

  • Proven sales experience with a strong understanding of sales processes and a drive for meeting and exceeding targets
