GrowTalent.com is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Slovakspeaking Chat Customer Support Representative to support customers of an ecommerce platform.
Position: Chat Customer Support Representative (Slovak)
Location: ClujNapoca Romania
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary performance bonuses
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communication via incoming emails tickets and chat with customers in order to solve their issues related to the products
- Customer Order Management
- Secure and deepen client retention contribute to excellent customer support
- Secure that all complaints are being recognized recorded confirmed and solved effectively
- Adhere to given processes and procedures
- Update the database of customers and document activities
- Reporting the most common issues to the support team for further escalations
REQUIREMENTS:
- C1 written and verbal communication skills in Slovak (Croatian or Slovenian will be an advantage)
- B2 English
- Preferable college degree or related work experience
- Good MS Office skills and familiarity with ticketing systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- High motivation and enthusiastic approach selforganized
- Knowledge and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies will be an advantage

- Schedule: full time MondaySunday 24/7 (for now we have 2 shifts confirmed 9 AM 6 PM; 3.30 PM 11.30 PM this includes lunch break and 3 short breaks
- Sign on bonus 1500 EUR (paid in 11 installments)
