Job Description
- Responsible for IKEA Home Furnishing suppliers on an operational level
- Responsible for related HFS order handling deviation handling securing all system updates coordinate and followup orders and deliveries
- Cooperate with relevant internal stakeholders to maintain the business and secure daily operations
- Build professional relations and trustful communication to the buyers stakeholders and business partners
- Advice for the best and most costefficient solution for the buyers according to the strategy
- Collect market information to secure good performance of daily operations and share on an operational level to related functions
- Prepare documents necessary for custom clearance based on templates according to request from HFS
- Cooperate with colleagues in other and own units to accomplish common goals
Qualifications :
- Has strong customer service mindset providing excellent support to our buyer.
- Has good communication and presentation skills fluent in English both written and spoken
- Other language beneficial
- Has previous experience from working with manufacturing / supply chain.
- Have an analytical mindset
- Have a passion for organization and good structure being able to effectively prioritize your tasks on a daily basis.
- Have a strong ability to solve problems effectively.
- Shows willingness and patience for systems and operational work
- Has a strong personality being open and service minded in your communication style
- Are skilled at conflict resolution by effectively communicating your own perspective and managing highpressure situations.
- Have a passion for collaboration and enjoy working in a team to share ideas.
