Job Description
GrowTalent.com on behalf of our client is seeking to onboard a German and Englishspeaking Advisor to join their teams in Budapest.
Position: Advisor (German and English)
Location: Budapest Hungary
Work model: Onsite
Employment type: Fulltime
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly and effectively to all customer inquiries within established timelines
- Build and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of the clients products and services
- Manage and log calls in designated systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through usability questions
- Address presale inquiries regarding products and technology
- Deliver outstanding customer service identifying sales leads and fostering customer loyalty
- Identify when a complex problem or inquiry needs to be escalated
- Document essential information for review and resolution by the second line of support
- Meet targets related to call handling quality and established KPIs
- Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Provide recommendations for improving firstcontact resolution rates
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. C1 Level of English
- Friendly and positive team player
- Serviceoriented and great interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
- Conscientious and reliable
- Strong Attention to detail
- Empathic with genuine desire to help
