Job Description

This position can be located anywhere in the North East of the US. 

Are you a talented professional with a passion for technical sales and customer support Do you have a strong understanding of refinery process chemicals and equipment Were looking for a Product Applications Expert to  support our HPI Antifoulant product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide process or hydrocarbon process industry technical support to the commercial sales team and develop improvement plans
  • Collaborate with Product Management IT and Training teams to drive longterm strategy and sustainability
  • Understand customer concerns develop corrective action plans and communicate with the commercial team
  • Gather industry intelligence and market trends to inform business development
  • Make technical presentations to customers and develop engineering and installation work scopes.

Qualifications :

  • Technical degree from an accredited university or college (Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred).
  • 10 years of experience in refinery process chemical treatment sales and service or combined experience in process chemical sales with refinery process engineering.
  • Strong problemsolving skills customer focus and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
