Job Description

Job Summary

Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Project Coordinator plays a key role in executing influencer marketing initiatives for the Reitmans brand. You accomplish this by leveraging your creative mindset eye for detail and content quality. This role coordinates relationships with content creators tracks campaign progress ensures deadlines are met and reports on campaign effectiveness.

We are offering a flexible work environment that allows you to explore the various facets of Influencer Marketing & Communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and vetting influencers that align with the brands values and marketing goals
  • Serve as the point of contact for influencers facilitating communication and ensuring smooth interactions
  • Develop influencer contracts ensuring deliverables and timelines are clearly defined
  • Arrange influencer briefs ensuring they have all necessary information to create content that aligns with campaign objectives
  • Maintains and updates influencer data base social media metrics and past campaign performance
  • Compile monthly & quarterly performance reports to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest optimizations for future campaigns
  • Support PR campaigns alongside the PR Project Manager coordinating external PR agencies

Qualifications :

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications or equivalent field of study.
  • 1 year experience in Communications Influencer Marketing or social media (experience within the fashion retail industry or with a PR agency is an asset).
  • Familiarity with social platforms influencer marketing tools and emerging software .
  • A strong understanding of the digital marketing landscapes and trends.
  • Selfstarter motivated and comfortable working in fastpaced dynamic environment and multitasking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Bilingual.
