Job Description

Your Mission

As a Sales Operations Specialist / Sales Support Analyst at Storyous you will play a key role in supporting our Head of Sales Honza and driving the strategic direction of our sales operations. This is more than just a support role; youll be a trusted partner in shaping our sales strategy offering valuable insights and ensuring the smooth execution of key business decisions. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our sales team and the broader business. 

 

What youll be doing: 

  • Creating reports KPIs budgets and forecasts: Youll analyze key business data and use it to inform strategic decisions. Its not just about gathering information your insights and recommendations will help us continuously improve. 

  • Preparing materials for partners: Youll be responsible for creating presentations and sales proposals that reflect our values and strategy. Clear communication and a resultsoriented mindset will be essential. 

  • Handling adhoc tasks: Youll need to be flexible and ready to take on unexpected challenges. Your ability to react quickly and help wherever needed will be critical to our success. 

  • Attending partner meetings: Youll have the chance to be present at important meetings with partners gradually taking on more responsibility in preparing and following up on these key interactions. 

 

 


Qualifications :

Requirements:

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret sales data KPIs budgets and forecasts.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel Google Sheets or other relevant data analysis platforms.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing presentations sales proposals and materials for partners.
  • Ability to effectively convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Attention to Detail & Organization:

  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail when handling reports preparing materials and managing adhoc tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.

ProblemSolving & Flexibility:

  • Proactive problemsolving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected tasks and challenges.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and provide support where needed.

Collaboration & Ownership:

  • A collaborative team player who is willing to learn and work closely with Honza the Head of Sales while taking full ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Experience or willingness to gradually take on responsibility in partner meetings and other key interactions.

Interest in Sales Strategy:

  • Eager to learn about and contribute to the overall sales strategy with a passion for helping drive business success.

Proficiency in Czech: Fluency in Czech both written and spoken is essential for this role as clear communication with local teams is required.
