Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional with experience in sales and marketing who will oversee and manage the successful opening of the Swisstel Marinsk Lzn Resort from a sales and marketing perspective. We open in September.
Newly built 5star hotel with 125 hotel rooms and suites lobby bar restaurant Swiss caf and rooftop bar. Purovel Spa & Sport will be the heart of the operation.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and leadership: Establish annual business and marketing plans; manage monitor and ensure effective execution of daily sales and marketing activities to achieve and exceed targets.
- Performance and market analysis: Prepare regular performance reports; perform market and competition analysis to optimize strategies.
- Industry Networking & Account Management: Build relationships with industry leaders; manage key customers and niche markets with tailored strategies as well as ecommerce
- Sales initiatives and guest offers: Support targeted sales efforts; design and promote packages and services to suit guest preferences.
- Negotiating contracts and representing the hotel: Represent the hotel at events to raise brand awareness; manage all RFPs
- Digital Marketing and Team Management: develop and supervise digital marketing strategies; train and mentor the sales and marketing team.
Qualifications :
Who Are We Looking For Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 5 years in hotel Sales & Marketing. Premium/luxury resort experience is a plus.
- Skills: Fluent in English and German; Another language a plus; Strong business awareness presentation communication leadership management and analytical skills.
- Education: University degree.
- Expertise: Destination sales & marketing social media and revenue management.
- Attributes: Guest and qualityoriented dedicated professional with strong influencing negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Permit: Work permit in the Czech Republic.
