Job Description

Are you passionate about sales and ready to lead a highperforming team in Slovakias fastevolving gastronomy tech market Storyous a part of Teya Group is looking for a driven Sales Leader to expand our presence in the hospitality industry and build lasting relationships with clients in the horeca sector.

As a Sales Leader youll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing the sales strategy for Storyous in Slovakia working to empower restaurants and hospitality businesses with our cuttingedge tech solutions. Youll also mentor a team of sales professionals guiding them towards achieving their goals and ensuring they deliver exceptional results.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead Sales Strategy: Define and execute sales plans to drive Storyous growth in the Slovak gastronomy market.

  • Build Client Relationships: Foster and grow relationships within the horeca segment ensuring that clients see value in our products and services.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the gastrotech sector.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product development and customer success to deliver seamless solutions to clients.

  • Mentor and Manage: Lead mentor and support your sales team helping them reach their targets and develop professionally.


Qualifications :

What were looking for: 

  • A natural leader with a passion for sales and a knack for building strong client relationships. 

  • Experience in the gastro or retail industry is a big plus understanding the challenges of small to mediumsized businesses is key. 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to close deals and build trust. 

  • Someone who enjoys solving problems thrives on challenges and drives initiatives to completion. 

  • Proactivity and persistence youre always thinking one step ahead and you never give up.
