To supervise the daytoday operations of the Larkspur Lounge and Divas.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all staff on the floor are meeting and exceeding Rimrock standards of guest satisfaction and service
- Provide leadership problem solving and decision making in all areas
- Provide ongoing training motivating and monitoring of staff
- Achieve and/or exceed sales projections
- Perform office duties such as scheduling monthly inventory and passon
- Assist in ordering product
- Conduct employee performance reviews
- Provide discipline when necessary and complete required documentation
- Handle guest requests and complaints and authorize compensation when necessary
- Provide floor support when business levels require including expediting food preparing and serving beverages conducting quality checks etc.
Qualifications :
- Postsecondary education in Hospitality/Tourism is an asset
- Alberta ProServe Certification
- Previous experience working in restaurant frontofhouse operations
- Knowledgeable in a variety of liquor and wines
- 12 years of supervisory experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Ability to remain composed while working in a fastpaced environment
