Job Description
Salary range: Starting from SGD 120k 160k per annum RSUs
Wise is on a mission to make money without borders convenient fast and eventually free. Were looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Spend Squad in Singapore to help us deliver product experiences for our card customers.
The Wise Card was first launched in Europe in 2018 allowing customers to spend internationally at the midmarket rate with only a low upfront conversion fee. Since then weve expanded to over 50 countries and territories in the Americas and APAC and built features like instant issuance of digital cards and enhanced spending controls. Weve issued more than 4 million cards that are being used in over 160 countries every minute.
As part of the Spend Squad youll primarily work on enabling customers to spend from their Wise accounts in a sustainable manner ensuring that were able to grow our product inline with our squadlevel KPIs.
How youll contribute:
Provide datadriven insights to inform product decisions from improving inproduct flows to building card customer segmentation.
Partner with Product Managers Engineers Data Science and Operational teams to drive product enhancements and optimisations.
Design experiments to monitor the impact of new product features on risk convenience and conversion metrics.
Build conviction on highimpact areas and challenge them if there are faster or more effective ways to tackle the problem.
This role will give you the opportunity to:

Travel when needed to our offices across the globe to connect with team members in other countries.
Qualifications :
Ideal candidate would have:
Strong analytical mind and product intuition
Technical skillset in advanced SQL Python BI tools
Experience working with technical teams (PMs engineers designers analysts)
Relevant experience in a datadriven and complex environment with limited guidance
Understanding of events data Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similar
Excellent data visualisation and presentation skills
Hustlermentality. You can take work beyond the analysis and get things done.
Experience building and constructing data warehouse tables
Good to have:
Knowledge of the fintech ecosystem
Knowledge of utilities like Airflow/Github/DBT
Experience on funnel optimisation
Experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
Interest in learning new tools
