The Director of Media will lead the strategy and development of paid media campaigns to drive awareness and intent for Universals Home Entertainment film and TV releases. This includes managing campaigns across new releases catalog titles and partner content.
The Director will oversee external agencies collaborate with internal and crossdivisional teams and manage department resources including outside partners and publishers.
The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with strong time management and interpersonal skills. They should have a deep understanding of the advertising landscape particularly as it relates to movies television streaming and the convergence of entertainment and technology.
Key responsibilities include developing measurement frameworks to track campaign progress and success creating crosschannel strategies to meet objectives and ensuring seamless execution optimization and analysis. The Director will also supervise a manager and agency team guiding their development and driving the successful execution of campaigns. Additionally the role involves evolving media planning and buying across a multichannel through a datadriven approach.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
