As a Care Assistant your responsibilities will include:
- Assistance with Morning/evening routines: Help clients get ready for the day/ unwind from the day.
- Assisting with dressing and grooming
- Preparing a nourishing breakfast or nutritious dinner before bed. youll be their trusted companion.
- Light Housekeeping: Tidy up a bitbecause a clutterfree space equals a clutterfree mind.
- Friendly Chats: Engage in delightful conversations. Share stories listen to memories and maybe even exchange a few jokes. Laughter is the best medicine after all.
- Assisting our clients with medication
Requirements:
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- A compassionate and caring nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits of working as a Care Assistant:
- Excellent rates of pay ranging from 13.7514.75ph
- No previous experience required
- Mileage allowance of 45p per mile
- Paid travel time between clients
- An additional 50p an hour for those with NVQ level 2 in H&SC
- Double pay on bank holidays
