You will be responsible for organising the Care Professionals shift patterns. You will be in regular contact with our Care Professionals dealing with their needs as regards to their shift patterns and will also liaise with clients and their families. You will be responsible for adding annual leave and dealing with any shift swaps.
There will also be other tasks involved like answering phone calls some general admin duties and oncall duties.
Qualifications :
No qualifications for this role are required as full training will be given but experience in a similar role is preferred.

Here at Home Instead we work as a Team. We are there to help each other out on a daily basis. You will be based in our office in Clydebank MondayFriday. The rate of pay will be 12.60 per hour and this will be a 25 hour week role with a view to quickly moving up to fulltime hours. This can be discussed further at the Interview Stage.
