We are a Family run CQC OUTSTANDING company based in Comeytrowe. Founded in 2013 we support individuals around the local community to maintain their independence in their home environment.

- Excellent Pay from 12.50PH plus double pay on bank holidays.

What does an evening Care Professional do
Provide evening care assistance to Clients in a compassionate and respectful manner.
Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation medication reminders and personal hygiene.
Drive residents to appointments or outings as required ensuring their safety and comfort.
Collaborate with the care team to create and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to residents care and wellbeing.
Utilise strong communication skills to engage with Clients families and colleagues effectively.
Qualifications :
Qualifications needed.
- A willing positive compassionate approach to assist and support people within your local community.
- Access to reliable transport such as car moped or EBike
- Be able to make a commitment of a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Be living in or around the Taunton and Wellington area
