Job Description
As a Care & Support Assistant in our adult care communitybased program you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for adults who require assistance with daily activities and support needs.
- Provide personalized care and support to adults in their homes or community settings
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients their families and other caregivers
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and community activities
- Promote independence and dignity while ensuring client safety and wellbeing
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or changes in client condition
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Benefits Include:
- Hourly rates of 12.00 per hour (averaging 14.00 with benefits)
- Higher rates for evening and weekend hour
- Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply)
- Paid travel expenses
- Paid when training
- Minimum 1hour visits per client

Qualifications :
Essential Requirements:
Valid up to date UK driving licence own car
Must reside Locally within our franchise region
Must be prepared to cover a Saturday & Sunday on alternate weekends
Must have the Right to Work in the UK
Additional Information :
We are also interested in LiveIn care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
