Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team in Welwyn Hatfield United Kingdom. This position requires working late afternoon shifts from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM daily providing essential care and support to our clients in their homes.
- Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene dressing and mobility
- Prepare and serve meals ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Document and report any changes in clients condition or concerns to supervisors
- Travel to clients homes using your own vehicle
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety guidelines
Benefits Include:
- Hourly rates of 12.00 13.00 per hour (averaging with benefits 14.00ph)
- Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply)
- Paid travel expenses 0.30/per mile 0.45/per mile
- Paid training all time spent training is paid including CPD courses
- Minimum 1hour rates

Qualifications :
Essential Requirements:
- Valid UK drivers license and reliable car (essential)
- Resident within our franchise region
- Must be prepared to work alternate weekends
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK we are not licenced to offer sponsorship
- Desire to work within Adult Care Sector
- Reliable compassionate with abundance of common sense
Additional Information :
We are also interested in LiveIn care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
