Were looking for a dedicated and strategic Customer and Partnerships Manager to elevate our comarketing and partnership efforts globally. In this role youll report directly to the Senior Director of Enterprise Marketing working closely with regional marketing and commercial teams as well as the global partnerships team. You will be central to driving highimpact scalable initiatives that showcase Checkout.coms commitment to comarketing with customers and strategic partners. Through innovative storytelling and creative collaboration youll enhance our enterprise positioning and build a worldclass library of comarketing stories that highlight the biggerpicture impact were making in the digital economy.
How Youll Make an Impact
Comarketing Strategy and Execution: Lead the development and management of a scalable comarketing library ensuring easy access to approved logos references quotes and case studies that support global storytelling.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with regional marketing commercial and global partnerships teams to drive efficient collaboration on highpriority customer initiatives ensuring alignment execution and impact across all regions.
Global Brand Storytelling: Build compelling comarketing stories with toptier merchants to enhance our enterprise brand globally spotlighting the unique ways Checkout.com impacts the digital economy.
Customer and Partnership Engagement: Develop programs to nurture our most valuable customers and partners through advisory boards personalised initiatives and targeted comarketing activities with brands like Visa and Mastercard.
Innovation in comarketing: Cultivate Checkout.coms reputation for creative differentiated comarketing that emphasises broad industry impact and innovation setting us apart in the marketplace.
Project Management: Manage largescale comarketing programs coordinating timelines deliverables and communication to deliver impactful results.
Advisory and Partnership Boards: Colead the Customer Advisory Board activities and other global programs to drive customer engagement and build strong lasting relationships with strategic partners.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Experience: 57 years in B2B customer and partnership management ideally within fintech payments or digital economy sectors.
Storytelling Ability: Proven ability to build and communicate compelling narratives around comarketing and partnership initiatives.
Strategic Project Management: Experienced in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders balancing priorities and delivering on time and within scope.
DataDriven Decision Making: Proficiency in using tools to track performance and impact of comarketing activities ensuring databacked insights guide improvements.
CustomerCentric Focus: Skilled in creating programs that add value for customers drive share of wallet and reinforce longterm partnerships.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Comfortable working across teams ensuring alignment and driving collective goals for highimpact results.
Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box bringing a fresh innovative approach to comarketing efforts that elevate Checkout.coms brand across a variety of channels.
