Job Description
Join our Performance Engineering team and help shape the future of our product assortment.
As a member of our team you are expected to quickly onboard to learn the products and processes that ensure our customers receive a quality experience.
You need to be selforganized and should be selfsufficient enough to work well with minimal supervision.
Understand the customer experience and high traffic points to better account for traffic volumes and assess performance standards are met under peak loads.
Learn and grow into a role responsible with ensuring the highest performance standards are achieved by the products.
- Driving Performance & Scale first approach to R&D teams. Strategy and policy across teams.
- Conduct performance tests analyze test results and suggest performance improvements in cloud environment.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks identify possible solutions and work with developers to implement those fixes.
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
- Ability to drive higher quality by assessing enduser impact of issues and thereby being a quality advocate.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates seek guidance and share ideas.

Qualifications :
- 612 years of work experience in a dev team member role
- Experience in web application and API testing
- Basic understanding of API integration data processing and visualization
- Experience with one of the following programming languages: Java Python or C#
- Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write simple queries.
- Experience with various software development methodologies as well as with tools like JIRA
- Experience with one or more load and performance testing tools like JMeter
- Possess excellent communication sharp analytical abilities and proven design skills.
- Experience in problem solving and/or troubleshooting software.
